LumoRose is an informational website for flower care, gift selection, and delivery research. This policy explains the limited information we collect, how contact form messages are handled, and how outbound merchant links and future advertising changes will be disclosed.

1. Server Logs
Like most websites, LumoRose and its hosting providers may process server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referring page, and timestamp. These logs are used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and basic site operation.
2. Cookies and Local Storage
LumoRose does not currently run Google Analytics or Google AdSense scripts. The site may still use essential browser storage or cookies if required for core website functionality, security, or future features. If analytics or advertising cookies are added later, this policy and the disclosure page should be updated before or at launch.
3. Contact Form Messages
If you submit the contact form, LumoRose receives the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. The form also includes a hidden spam-check field and rate limiting. Contact messages are sent to admin@lumorose.com and are used to respond to your request, investigate abuse, and maintain site operations.
4. Merchant Links and Third-Party Sites
LumoRose links to merchant, horticultural, and reference websites. Those third-party sites operate under their own privacy policies and may collect information when you visit them. Current merchant links on LumoRose are direct outbound links and do not contain LumoRose affiliate tracking. If affiliate tracking is added later, affected links and disclosures should be updated.
5. Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
LumoRose does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
